The room had a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, a balcony, and came equipped with an iron and ironing board; the pool area was also fantastic.

the place was clean with an outstandingly accommodating staff at the reception desk. my room was big & upscale with double bed, robes, for instance. location: the hotel was right by independence square, metro stations, and center of all interesting in kiev.

Plenty of food for breakfast, which was savoury to satisfy everyone. The unit we got was large with a great view, tub plus a bath. Our location was fantastic in walking distance to the centre.

I had a really pleasant 3-night stay at Hotel Kyiv. The location is particularly good, close to Maidan. The rooms were huge and upscale. It was very convenient to have coffee and tea making facilities, and a fridge. The service was good. The pool was great.

The hotel is a decent base for sightseeing in Kyiv. The location is perfect, just 4-6 minutes' walking distance from a Baroque palace. The view from our room overlooking the park was amazing. The staff at the reception desk were amazingly nice and helpful. The room had a comfy bed, a hairdryer, soft bathrobes, and a shower cap.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the city center and just a short walk from the Arsenala metro station. It's also conveniently situated next to a park, offering a pleasant view from the rooms. The staff were attentive and provided great service, making sure all our needs were met. The rooms were spacious and had a refrigerator, which was a nice touch. Despite some minor issues, the hotel offered good value for money.

Disliked the Outdated Rooms and Poor Service. The hotel rooms are in need of renovation as they felt outdated and tired.
